Orange peel oil processing process
Orange peel generally contains 2%~3% essential oil, which is widely used in the food industry, chemical industry and medicine.
(1) Process flow
Raw material selection→lime-soaking→rinsing→pressing→filtration and separation→clarification→packaging
(2) Process points
It is widely used in chemical industry and medicine. 1. Choose raw materials, choose fresh and mildew-free citrus peels, and spread them in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Dip lime water, soak the citrus peel in lime water with a concentration of 7-8%. The upper pressurized mesh sieve prevents the orange peel from floating up. Soak for 16 to 24 hours, during which reaction time two or three times, so that the soaking is even. It is better to dip it until the peel is yellow, without white heart, crisp and continuous.
Rinse, rinse the orange peel soaked in lime water with running water, remove and drain.
For pressing, the orange peel is evenly fed into the screw oil press, and the orange peel oil is squeezed out under pressure. Discharge the slag evenly and smoothly, and the peeled slag discharged is granular. Open the nozzle while feeding, and spray the spray solution (100KG water + 1KG sodium sulfate + 0.3KG baking soda), PH value 7~8, dosage and citrus peel The weight is equal, please pay attention to adjust the PH value when using.
Filter, filter the oil-water mixture through a cloth bag, and get out the mushy residue.
Separate, clarify and separate the orange peel oil, and let it stand for 5~7 days at a temperature of 5~10℃ to allow the impurities to sink. Then use a siphon to suck out the upper clarified oil, and filter it under reduced pressure through a filter paper or asbestos paper filter layer funnel. A light yellow sweet orange peel oil is obtained.
Store the clarified orange peel oil in a sealed galvanized iron drum or earthenware pot, and store it in a cool place to prevent volatilization loss and deterioration.
